Monday-Thursday 6-8 Fridays 11-4 Postpartum steaming has been used for centuries. This option is great for moms upon returning home after baby. If hospitals allow it I can come to the hospital for your steam session. Belly binding helps mom with an array of issues that plague the body after birth from hemorrhoids, tears, stitches, and to reduce perineal and uterine cramping.
